The Fine Print
These terms apply whenever you engage Melbourne Deceased Estate Clearance to provide deceased estate clearance services.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information and/or photos you provide, or an on-site assessment. The final price is confirmed in writing before work begins.
You confirm that you hold the legal authority to have the property cleared before we schedule any work. We reserve the right to request evidence of this authority.
Unless you specify otherwise in writing, items removed during a clearance may be donated, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion, as outlined in your quote. We provide a written inventory on completion.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked clearance with reasonable notice at no charge; late cancellations may incur a call-out fee, disclosed at the time of booking.
We take reasonable care with every item in a property, but are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or items not identified to us before work begins. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
For questions about these terms, contact us before booking.
